You might have some questions regarding how to use the web site, it's very simple,

Q 1--How do i create a profile?
It's really simple, you got to just click the link from the menu above "Register
Free" or you can simply write your name and the e-mail adress in the register column
which would be found in the midle of the home page it would take you to the registration
form, start filling all the required fields then read terms & conditions once
read and accepted the terms and conditions check the agreed box and submit, it will
take you to the next form, please follow the procedure and at the end click "Finish"
to save your profile.
When you see Congratulations message, you have successfully
created your profile!
Though the profile is saved, our team needs at least 24 hours to screen and allow
the profile to be accessed by the user and allow others to view the profile. This
screening is to protect and avoid any unwanted entries into our website.

Q 2--Do I have to fill in all the
required fields?
Yes, if not your profile will look unfinished and it would
definitely be untouched, so to get proper response better fill in all fields that
is required. |
Q 3--How do I edit my profile?
To edit your profile, just login, once logged in, on
the left panel you will find "View / Edit profile" just click on that link it will
take you to the editable form there you will find edit button for every section,
For user convenience we have done it section by section, so you can edit any of
the section at any point of time.
Once the profile edited and updated, the profile is considered a new profile to
the database so it would be screened again like before and would take at least 24
to 36 hours to get the same available to you as well to other members. |
Q 4--Can I change all the information from my profile?
Yes, you can change nearly all from your profile, but
certain fields like Profile id, e-mail id, Gender and Date of Birth are not changeable. |
Q 5--How do I delete
my profile?
You can delete your profile at any point of time, but do not delete till you get
THAT some one special for you, so decide before you could
delete it. We hope that you will not delete
unless you find one for you from our web site. |
Q 6--Is there a possibility to get my profile
back?
You can still make your profile online by simply sending a request note to webmaster@shubmangal.com
with proper reason for deletion, with the subject line "Profile deleted accidentally, please revoke" and after receiving
your e-mail, we will make your profile available to public. |
Q 7--Can I hide my profile?
Yes, you can by simply clicking the link “Hide / Delete” from left panel and chose
the appropriate. |
Q 8--What is paid Membership?
Registering in shubmangal.com is absolutely
FREE. However, to view the contact details of other members you should pay for the
service. |
Q 10--What service
do you offer for people without computer and Internet facility?
If you do not have
a computer or internet facility, you need to have at least an e-mail id to communicate
with the website, now just fill in the application form from one of our outlets
listed in the contact section and send it to us with your photograph along, we will
register for you. Once done we will send you an e-mail containing your login information,
further you can see your profile as well other members profile from our website
from any browsing centre around you. |
Q 10--Do you provide
customer Support?
Yes, we do provide support
to our users through phone or e-mail (support@shubmangal.com) for any registration or communication and even for
the offline payment service right through the day from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm IST,
